With additional SportDog collars you can add any number of dogs to your SportDog SDF-100A containment fence system.
The collar is slightly boxy and a little too large for dogs under 20lbs., but it is exceptionally durable and very waterproof – ideal for water installation where the dog will be swimming with the collar on.
The collar uses a generic 9-Volt battery and has a low battery indicator light to let you know when it needs to be changed.
The 4 levels of correction are adjusted on the collar itself so each collar on the system can be set to match the temperament of the dog wearing it.
Each collar comes with one set of short probes and one set of long probes for short and long hair dogs respectively.

Add a dog to your SportDOG In-Ground Fence System or replace a lost receiver collar with the SportDOG Add A Dog Receiver. The SportDOG In-Ground Fence can accommodate an unlimited number of dogs with the addition of an Add-A-Dog collar for each one. This waterproof and exceptionally durable collar is compatible with the SportDOG In-Ground Fence. Very well suited for very large installations or those in which the dog will be swimming with the collar on. This SportDOG collar features four adjustable correction levels plus a tone-only and vibrate-only mode for training. Each SportDOG Add-A-Dog Receiver Collar comes with one set of each short and long contact points ensuring you get the right fit with any dog regardless of coat length.

I have had my Lab on this system for 8 years and his collar still works. Battery replacement is cheap and it is easy to find the 9 volt. I just got two new Lab puppies to add to my system and the price point on the Sport Dog collars is great.Quality Value Price

These collars have kept my dogs home and safe for a couple of years. The screws did not fit properly, I probably put them in incorrectly, so my fault. When I ordered my system I ordered an extra collar thinking that there was no way Cooper wouldn't destroy the first one, but he really hasn't! These things are so durable, it's amazing.
