To Place An Order Online
Ordering online is fast, secure, and convenient. Simply choose the items you’d like to purchase, add them to your shopping cart, then 'checkout' using either Paypal or a credit card. You’ll be prompted to fill in the shipping information for your order at which time your shipping fee will be calculated and added to your total.
Please note that all international orders must have matching ‘bill to’ and ‘ship to’ addresses.

To place your order by phone, please call 1-800-396-5517 Our friendly customer service representatives are available to accept your phone order from Monday through Friday, 9AM to 7PM EST.
Flexpetz.com accepts secure online credit card payment using Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, or Discover.
We are also pleased to offer PayPal payments. We now offer Amazon Payments, feel free to use your existing amazon.com account to login and pay from our website.
Changing Or Canceling An Order
You may make changes to or cancel your order within 4 hours of placing the order. After the 4-hour period orders can no longer be modified or canceled without penalty.
To avoid incurring any additional charges, please contact a customer service representative as quickly as possible to change or cancel an order.
Expedited shipping options are available to you should you require your items faster. To receive your order faster please select an expedited shipping method during checkout.
Please note that expedited shipping options may have an additional fee and may not be eligible for free shipping. Note: All Rush orders must be submitted by 3:00 pm Eastern Standard time to qualify for same day shipping.
Orders of $50 or more (before applicable taxes) qualify for free shipping.
Only orders shipping within the United States are eligible for free shipping.
Free shipping ships within 1-4 days depending on the product and product status. Also be aware free shipping is subtracted from any returns who originally qualified for free shipping.

Flexpetz.com gladly ships to APO & FPO addresses but regret that we are unable to guarantee delivery times for these addresses.

Please be aware of your country's laws regulating the sale, use, and import of electric dog training and/or containment products. Flexpetz assumes no liability for orders that are seized or refused by customs. All customs and/or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Items Damaged In Shipment
Please carefully inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you have received any damaged items in your order please call our customer service department (877) 902-8132 as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after the delivery of your order to report the damages and receive instructions on replacing the damaged items.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Flexpetz.com offers a 30-day Returns Period on most items.

When To Expect Your Order
Most orders placed before 3:00 pm are processed and shipped on the same day. Orders may ship in multiple packages.
A shipping confirmation e-mail including tracking information will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.
The map below indicates standard FedEx shipping times by delivery location. Please note that this map applies only to FedEx.
PO Box addresses are not eligible for FedEx shipping and will be delivered by USPS First Class, Priority, Express, or Parcel Post.
