ORDERS
To Place An Order Online:
Ordering online is fast, secure, and convenient. Simply choose the items you’d like to purchase, click to add them to your shopping cart, and then ‘proceed to checkout’ to view your cart contents and total. You’ll be prompted to fill in the shipping information for your order at which time your shipping fee will be calculated and revealed to you.
*Please note that all international orders must have matching ‘bill to’ and ‘ship to’ addresses.

Payment Options
FlexPetz accepts secure online credit card payment using Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, or Discover. We are also pleased to offer both PayPal and Google Checkout options.
Sales Taxes
Sales tax is assessed on all orders shipping within the state of Florida.
Rush Orders
Expedited shipping options are available should you require your items in a jiffy. Please select the appropriate shipping option during checkout to ensure a faster delivery time.
Order Confirmation
An order confirmation, including tracking number(s), will be provided by e-mail. If you do not receive your order confirmation please check your junk mail folder or SPAM filter. If you are still unable to find your confirmation please Contact Us at Info@flexpetz.com
Changing Or Canceling An Order
You may make changes to or cancel your order within 4 hours of placing the order. After the 4-hour period orders can no longer be modified or canceled without penalty. To avoid incurring any additional charges, please contact a customer service representative as quickly as possible to change or cancel an order.
SHIPPING
When To Expect Your Order
Most orders placed before 2:00PM EST are processed and ship the same day. Orders may ship in multiple packages. Your confirmation e-mail will include the tracking numbers for each of your parcels.
Post Office Boxes
We Ship to P.O.Boxes Only The only shipping method we can use for P.O.Boxes is the United States Postal Serive First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Express mail or U.S. Parcel Post.
International Shipping
FlexPetz proudly offers worldwide shipping. Please note that laws regulating electronic training equipment differ from country to country. FlexPetz assumes no liability for orders that are seized or refused by customs. All customs and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. All international orders must have matching ‘bill to’ and ‘ship to’ addresses
APO/FPO Addresses
We will gladly ship to APO/FPO addresses but cannot guarantee delivery times for these shipments.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you have received any damaged items please call our customer service department as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after receipt of the damaged goods.

Restocking Fees
Orders returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee; however, returned products may be exchanged for other merchandise without incurring the restocking fee. For details or to inquire specifically about your purchase please call a customer service representative at 1-877-902-8132
Refunds
Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected. Once your return has been processed you can expect to see a credit on your account within 5-7 business days.
*Please note that restocking fees and shipping charges will automatically be deducted from the refund amount.
